Students can submit documents by sending copies of their original documents by mail, along with €100 application fee draft. This application fee covers the cost of processing the application and the DHL cost of sending the student his/her letter of offer.
Documents that are required by HSI Limerick Business School, for international student applications are:

All student applications are assessed by our International Studies Director, Glen Anderson and International Student Officer Kate Donnelly. A "Conditional Letter of Offer" will be issued when a student meets the course entry requirements. A copy of the conditional letter of offer will be sent to the students as a scanned copy via email.
On receiving the "Conditional Letter of Offer" international students must submit payment of their fees. All fees must be transferred to the HSI Limerick Business School Account via bank telegraphic transfer in accordance with the Department of Justice requirements. This account can be accessed through any international bank worldwide. The account details are as follows:
Account Name: The High School of Commerce Ltd
Bank: Bank of Ireland, 94 O'Connell St, Limerick
IBAN No: IE22BOFI90431736369395
SWIFT No: BOFIIE2D
At this stage, an international student who is accepting the offer of a place on the course specified in the "Letter of Offer", must sign the "Student Terms and Conditions". The terms and conditions must be signed and faxed to HSI Limerick Business School.
Once the fees have been received into the "Swift Account", the International Officer will forward a "Receipt of Fees" and the "Unconditional Letter of Offer" to the student.
Upon receiving the "Receipt of Fees" and "Unconditional Letter of Offer" the student then prepares his/her application for a student visa.
(a) The student submits his/her application to the Irish Embassy or consulate in their home country. (b) For students applying from countries where there is no Irish Embassy or Consulate, the visa application must be made through the Irish Department of Justice in Dublin.
The student receives a visa reference number from the Irish Embassy, which is important for tracking the progress of the visa. This visa reference number must be forwarded to HSI Limerick Business School.
Once visa approval is received, the student should inform HSI Limerick Business School immediately. The student should check with the College before arranging his/her travel and flight details.
If the College has authorised the student to travel, flight details should be sent to the College at least one week before the student is due to travel.
